I tried ordering again, but most of the items I wanted were unavailable just like last time. it feels a bit unfair to keep showing things as options when they clearly aren’t stocked. It’s frustrating and doesn’t feel like a good way to treat customers.

Support got back to me fast and answered my questions without making things confusing. It was kinda nice to just get clear help and move on. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I ran into a small problem trying to update my page, and support helped me get it sorted without too much hassle. The first reply took a little while, but once they got back to me, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. In the end, I was able to make the update and move on, which is really what I needed.

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was thin and a little crushed, and there was barely any padding around the item inside. Thankfully nothing was actually broken, but it felt like it could’ve easily gone the other way. For what this costs, it just seems like common sense to use a sturdier box and a bit more protection

I was a little disappointed when I saw it in person. Online, it looked a lot cleaner and more high-end, but once it arrived, it just didn’t have the same look. It looked okay, just not as nice as I expected.

The design itself isn’t bad, and I can see what they were going for, but the colors looked kind of dull to me. Some of the details also didn’t look as neat or finished, and that was the part that bugged me the most. It just felt a little off, a little unfinished.
It’s not terrible, so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s the worst thing ever. But for the price, I really thought it would look better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The screws, brackets, and all the hardware were there, so no frustrating missing pieces or extra trip to the store. Setup was straightforward, and it met my expectations without any hassle. Easy 5 stars from me.

I don’t want to overhype it, but it felt like they put proper care into the work. It didn’t come across as cheap or rushed, and for what I paid, I think that’s fair to point out. I’m really happy with how it turned out and I’d order from them again

I picked up my setup from Westcott Designs, and it’s kind of a mixed bag for me. The look is solid, no complaints there, but the ride is a bit rougher than I was expecting. On smoother roads it’s fine, but once the road gets beat up, you definitely feel more of it. It’s not awful or anything, just not as comfortable as I was hoping for everyday driving.

I did like some of their design ideas, so it wasn’t all bad. But getting a response took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once just to figure out what was happening. Maybe they were just busy, but in my experience, when a company is slow to communicate like that, it usually makes the whole process feel more stressful than it needs to be. Not the worst experience ever, just not really a great one for me.

The fitment didn’t match what I ordered at all! Frustrating, honestly.

I’m happy with it so far. I usually stay loyal to my go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure if I’d end up liking this as much, but I haven’t had any issues and it’s been a solid experience overall

It didn’t fit my truck quite right at first, but that might be on me since I probably should’ve double-checked the setup better before ordering. I had to do a little extra tweaking to get it to work, but once I messed with it a bit, it was okay.
